What this site does not do

  • It does not run advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
  • It does not sell, share, or rent any data.
  • It does not require an account to use any tool on the site.
  • It does not call third-party email-marketing or CRM platforms.

What is stored, and where

In your browser only (local storage)

Your in-progress assessment, your completed saved assessments (up to 20), and any Task Mapper notes. This data never leaves your device unless you take a deliberate action below.

Sent to Netlify Forms when you submit something

On assessment completion: the anonymous shape of your answers (industry, company size, use case, scores, adoption answers, timestamp). On a contact-form submission via /talk: the name, email, organisation, role, and message you typed, plus the RAPID score from your current session if you arrived from /results. These submissions are stored by Netlify (the host that runs this site) so the researcher can read aggregate patterns and respond to messages.

Encoded into URLs you choose to share

The shareable result link on /results encodes your scores into the URL itself. Anyone with the link can see those scores. There is no server copy.

Third-party services

If privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible or Fathom) are added in the future, this page will be updated. They do not use cookies or fingerprinting.

Your rights, simply

  • To clear local-storage data: open browser settings or use any saved-assessment delete control on /compare.
  • To request deletion of a contact-form or assessment submission you sent: email the researcher via /talk and reference the submission timestamp.
  • To know what was sent: every form on this site is plain HTML; the fields you see are the fields that get submitted, nothing hidden.
